How easy is it to set up TryFit on my Shopify store?
The process should only take a few minutes - simply install the app to your store, add our button to your product page and configure your program settings. We offer same-day onboarding as well to ensure you’re up and running fast.
What countries is TryFit supported in?
Currently, TryFit is only available for Shopify stores where customers are shipping to US-based addresses. If the customer attempts to enter a non-US based address, an error will display during checkout. We plan to roll out international support soon.
Can you provide an example of how your billing works?
Absolutely! At TryFit, we’ve made our pricing structure simple without any contracts, minimums, or weird fees. We charge a 2% fee that is assessed on the payment captured for any TryFit items that were authorized (after returns). As an example:
- A customer places an order for two products (1 trial item $400, and 1 buy item $600).
- Order authorizes $400 for the product trial.
- After the trial ends, the customer is charged the $400 authorization amount.
- TryFit charges a 2% fee on the $400 captured trial amount.
- Your store is billed via Shopify for the fee of $8.
Which return providers are supported.
TryFit works with all major return platforms which are integrated into Shopify, this includes popular options such as: Loop Returns, Happy Returns and Return Logic. If you have a particular return platform, not yet fully supported by Shopify, please reach out to our team to see if we can add this to TryFit.
